Advanced technical transformation: We are working to build a modern industrial system that adopts the latest technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which contributes to raising the level of innovation and technical development.
Providing quality job opportunities: We aim to create distinguished job opportunities for national cadres, which reduces dependence on labor intensiveness and enhances the skills and capabilities of the local workforce.
Enhancing productivity and efficiency: We seek to improve productivity and quality, focusing on increasing operating efficiency in factories to make the most of available resources.

Start your journey towards developing your industrial facility through clear steps starting from submitting the application until you achieve the program objectives by being classified as an advanced factory.
- Request to join and do a self-evaluation: The factory submits an application Join through the platform Fill out the required fields and work Self-assessment by Requirements
- Audit evaluation and development of a transformation plan: Conduct the audited evaluation and develop the transformation plan by contracting with one of the platform’s accredited evaluators in the “Evaluation and Transformation Plans” category. You can benefit from the “Consultation” initiative to conduct the evaluation and develop the plan (consultation seats are limited and applications are accepted according to the requirements and criteria of priority and preference).
- Implementing the transformation plan: Based on the results of the evaluation and transformation plans, the factory works to implement the factory’s priority transformation solutions by contracting with one of the service providers approved in the program, and can benefit from “grants” and “financing” initiatives to implement transformation solutions (seats for the initiatives are limited and applications are accepted according to the requirements ,priority and preference criteria)
- Classified as an advanced plant: Recognizing and celebrating the factories that exceeded the program’s evaluation target (+2) by highlighting their success and including them on the advanced factories page in the portal.
Solutions to enhance efficiency
The program offers several solutions aimed at achieving the optimal transformation in energy consumption.
grant: Motivating factories to adopt basic digitization solutions by covering 80% of the total value of the solution with a maximum of 300 thousand Saudi riyals.
finance: Financing without a maximum ceiling includes providing grants of 25%, with a maximum of 10 million riyals for one project. ,It aims to employ the latest technologies by linking machines equipped with digital systems with a system in which data and equipment communicate with each other to raise the efficiency of operations, to facilitate the map of transforming the current industrial base into the fourth industrial generation.
